Symptoms

When attempting to log into the Android Oracle Primavera Cloud mobile app
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Web page not available
Could not load web page at address due to error net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch Android mobile app for OPC.
  2. Enter login credentials. Login will fail with error.
