Symptoms

Customer Orders do not get created via DC Entity tool.

steps to reproduce:
-----------------------------

1. Load files to create customer orders. Entity: CREATE CUSTOMER ORDER.
2. The Business Validation shows no errors and records are loaded successfully to the main tables.
3. Check ORDCUST table. There is no data loaded.
