Symptoms
When attempting to load product hierarchy file, 187450 out of 352682 got rejected with below error,

"Unable to parse line - Number of field is lower than specified"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Execute the BDI Job- BDI_RPAS_MerchHier_Fnd_PF_From_RMS_JOB
Due to this issue, users cannot load the hierarchy .
