Symptoms

In MFCS, when attempting to DELETE_TAB_STATS_JOB, the following error occurs.

"ORA-00942: table or view does not exist"

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Execute DELETE_TAB_STATS_JOB
2. Observe the following error "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist"
