Journal Lines Imported Through FBDI Do Not Preserve The Same Order As Loaded In the FBDI Template (Doc ID 2902060.1)

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When importing journals trough FBDI the order of the lines in the interface table, which is the same as the FBDI template, is not preserved. The lines of the  imported journal shown in the UI has a different order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the same lines order shown in the interface table ir preserved when the journal is imported

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import a journal with multiple lines using FBDI into GL interface
2. Before importing to GL tables query the interface table, the lines are shown in the same order as the FBDI
3. Import the interface lines into GL
4. View the journal. The order of the journal lines is different as the interface.
