Service Connection to IDCS Admin REST API Returns Login Page with 200 code (Doc ID 2902104.1)

Symptoms

A defined service connection to an IDCS Admin REST API to retrieve the timezone for a username (in this particular use case) fails and only returns the login page instead.

The client id and secret is added in Visual Builder for the Visual Builder app defined in IDCS.

Testing the REST API from within Visual Builder simply returns the login page with a 200 status code. However, the REST invocation works in POSTMAN.
