Symptoms

The 'Transfer In' function for employees does not have the custom dimension as an option, when transferring in an employee to the correct Department (custom dimension) it is missing the Practice (Entity) dimension as a selection.


Changes

Customer created a custom dimension called Department and a run-time prompt at the application level called Department.
