Supply Request Is Not Generating A Transfer Order Due To Calendar Error (Doc ID 2902140.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create transfer orders from either inventory or supply chain orchestration function,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The process failed in module rcs_calendar.get_adjusted_delivery_date with error: line 2220 ORA-20113: No data Found Exception. Schedule_Id:300000004805103 is invalid or the dates are out of calendar length.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to create transfer orders from either inventory or supply chain orchestration function
2. Confirm if successful or if above error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create transfer orders from either inventory or supply chain orchestration function.
