Exchange Rate Does Not Exits While Creating An Items (Doc ID 2902203.1)

On : NA version, Operations & Maintenance

We are unable to create a new item and unable to open /use an existing item in MFCS


1.An Exchange Rate does not exist

2.Error An error has occurred rendering the navigation item. Please contact your System Administrator'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to tasks -> Item -> Create Item
2. Enter the mandatory details and proceed.
3. Complete the mandatory details to setup item-supplier information.
4. Click on More Actions -> Retail by Zone.
5. Try modifying one of the zone prices. -- Throws the error - "An exchange rate does not exist".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create or view existing items in MFCS
