REIM Invoice Upload Status is Failure Even If The Invoices Was Successfully Loaded Into REIM Tables (Doc ID 2902464.1)

Symptoms

REIM Invoice upload status is failure even if the invoices was successfully loaded in REIM Tables

Steps To Recreate:
1. Log in in REIM.
2. Navigate to Task > Data Loading > Upload Data.
3. Template Type : Merchandise Invoice
    Template : Merchandising Invoice Header Only - No Tax
    Source File : (Select your file)
    Click Upload Button

4. Navigate to Task > Data Loading > Manage Request

  Check the request that was created in the previous step.
  Status : Failure

   There is no errors when the user clicks on "View Errors" Tab.

5. Check IM_DOC_HEAD .Data is inserted.
