Symptoms

Telnet package install using yum command fails with following error:


# yum install telnet -y
Loaded plugins: versionlock
There are no enabled repos.
Run "yum repolist all" to see the repos you have.
To enable custom repositories:
yum-config-manager --enable <repo>
