Symptoms
After 22B upgrade which is based on weblogic 12c server, the HDL integration build as per the "Automating HCM Data Loader R11" file from Doc ID 1664133.1 has stopped with the following error in the java command: "Client received SOAP Fault from the server: Unable to add security token for the identity, token {token url}. Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure."
