Goal

Cost Component Template loaded successfully through UI but not reflected in STG1 APEX

Issue when trying to load an ods template for updating the cost component through MFCS UI, loads successfully, but data is not getting updated in the table (ELC_COMP) and when trying to download the template the records are not getting updated accordingly.

When trying to create a new Cost Component, getting the same issue, File gets loaded successfully but no records present in the table as well as the downloaded sheet.
