Goal

There are many records in the ITEM_MFQUEUE table and for these the client wants to publish to RIB-EXT and drop the messages as the client does not need to send these messages to any other systems.
The client has done the setting in RIB-EXT to drop these messages but the client is concerned that this volume might bring down RIB.
