Unable to mount DBFS File system after truncating DBFS.SHARE

The issue stared when it was detected than file system had  high utilization

In order to free up space on DBFS and allow purge to work the it was decided that the larger used space was on DBFS.share table. As per recommendation to free up space on LOB segments, customer truncated records form this DBFS.share table which allowed to free space using as guide

Note 2285007.1 - LOB space not released after delete

Which is a generic note on how to clean lob segments.

This caused a secondary issue where some files where not showing up on the shared directory after truncate this tables causing MFT to stop working.
