Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Admissions

When attempting to create a new draft version and publish the form for existing Applications,
the following error occurs.

Blank red banner appears and the page spins -


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Academics>Admissions>Form Inventory>Select the Form that needs updating
2. Go to Version Tab>Actions>Create Draft
3. Add Draft name Description>Save
