Symptoms
When attempting to load new hires via the Worker HDL file, the following error occurs.
ERROR

The identifier for the employment level entered as the team member level ID parameter is invalid.
in which was able to resolve the error by adjusting the hire date. However, making these changes no longer avoid the error message
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load new hires via the Worker HDL file
2. Encounter the error message above
3. Able to resolve the error previously by changing the hire date, but this extra step no longer avoids the error message
