Unable to find Column name to retrieve Multi choice/Text Response Type of Questions of performance Document's Questionnaire

Goal
On : 11.13.22.04.0 version,
While creating a Performance Document using Questionnaire, some of the question types are Multiple Choices and Text.
Unable to find a column name from backend to view the answers submitted for these questions.
For instance, Single Choice question types can be accessed through HRQ_QSTNR_PCPT_RESPONSES_V (such as HQPRV.LONG_TEXT or HQPRV.ANSWER_CODE).
On the other hand, the answer codes for "Check Multiple Choice and Text types" are not stored in the same location. Please suggest.
