ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After User Cost Adjustment, Item Shows In Each Cost Information And Distribution Tab

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There must be no issues after User Cost Adjustment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

A. Create Cost Adjustment for item and cost it
B. Create Mis.Receipt for that item and cost it. Additional entries are generated in the distribution tab
