404 Error When Using APEX 22 Friendly URL (Doc ID 2902900.1)

On : 22.1 version,Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Switching to use Friendly URL, the URL is incorrectly generated and hence giving "404 Not Found" error


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
APEX should generate the correct URL

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Friendly URL in an APEX 22 application
2. The generated URL is: https://<host>/r/<ws_name>/<app_name>/.....?session=###          < -- the _context_root_path is missing when casually it has the same name as the workspace
3. The expected URL should be: https://<host>/<root_path>/r/<ws_name>/<app_name/....l?session=###


Changes

 Upgraded to APEX 22 and switched to use friendly URL
