Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to send a specific attachment for E-Signature using DocuSign, the following error occurs and the document is not sent.
ERROR
ALERT: Failed to send document(s) for E-Signature.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- In the environment that is configured with DocuSign integration do the following.
- Select a record containing an attachment.
- In the tab where the attachment is located > select the "Cog wheel" > select "Send for E-Signature"
- Fill in the details for the Send for E-Signature window and select Send.
- Note the alert received.
- If a new attachment is added to the record, the Alert will not be received when trying to send the newly added attachment
