Cannot Copy A Project Template When the User Preference Language Is Set To Portuguese (Doc ID 2903080.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to copy a Project/Shell Template and "Portuguese" is selected as the users Language in Preferences, the "Copy from Template Projects" window doesn't populate with any data and the fields cannot be updated or edited. Other supported non-English languages seem to work correctly.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

No matter what user language preference is selected, as long as it is supported, all Unifier windows should work as designed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Unifier.
2. Confirm user Preferences is already set as follows... > Region Format > Language to "Portuguese (Brasil)".
3. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Templates > Shells > Projects > Select any Project Template > Copy > The "Copy From Template Projects" window opens > "Copy Template"... Select Select a Template > Select some Modules to include > OK
4. When the "Copy from Template Projects" window opens, manual entry fields can be updated, Date Pickers seem to work, but pull downs do not function, some picker fields do not initially function, such as "Administrator". However Auto-update Setup and Location seem to work as expected. Fields are not populated with the actual data from the template which is the primary issue.
5. Go to Preferences > Region Format > Language to English.
6. Log out and log back in.
7. Repeat steps 3 and 4, the Copy from Template Projects window opens and all fields are populated with the expected template data and all fields can be properly updated and edited.
