Error descriptions are shown as 'UNKNOWN' when promotion template upload fails with an error.

Steps to Recreate:
- Create a promotion template and fill it with appropriate data such that at least one error occurs.
- Upload the promotion template.
- Navigate to Review Status screen and notice that upload process failed with few errors.
- Select the record and click 'View Issues' button.
- Notice that 'UNKNOWN' is displayed under Error Description.
