On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to cancel a retro event notification, the page didn't respond and throws a time out error.

A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Event Action Notifications
2. Search and select a person
3. Page didn't respond and error occurs
