Symptoms

When attempting to render a shell dashboard to display hundreds of projects bar chart, or hundreds of projects pie charts, the pages are taking over 30 seconds to display two charts and sometimes it shows the following message.

MESSAGE

Page Unresponsive

You can wait for it to become responsive or exit the page

STEPS

  1. Access with correct permission
  2. Navigate to Shell with Dashboard
  3. Attempt to open dashboard
    Results: charts taking in excess of 30 second, or shows the message of being unresponsive
