On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Service Email
From Service Request Messages, Is There A Way to Send Email To Users That Are Not In The System or SR Contact?
Is there a way to send email to users that are not in the system? Is there a profile option to enable email forwarding to users not in the system?
Currently, only people that are in the system and have an email address are listed to send email from SR Messages page.
Navigation:
1. Go to Help Desk.
2. Select HR Service Requests.
3. Open existing SR
4. Click Messages
5. Click Actions, Forward.
6. Observe only TO field is available to select a user already listed in system.
