Symptoms

When viewing an Oracle Cloud Applications page, then clicking the Settings and Actions menu in the upper right corner, followed by clicking "Edit Page in Visual Builder", the following error occurs:

"We found your Oracle Cloud Applications instance but it does not have the <APPLICATION EXTENSION> extension.
Close this tab to return to your page in Oracle Cloud Applications."
