Fusion Global HR: New Manager Does Not See My Staff Tasks Menu in BPM Worklist

Symptoms
An employee became a manger with direct reports. While the user can see the direct reports in Fusion HCM, when the manager looks at his BPM Worklist page, My staff Tasks menu is not available.
Steps:
- login as line manager into Fusion HCM
- click on Bell icon -> Worklist
- check the available menus in BPM Worklist, My Staff Tasks is missing
