Symptoms

When attempting to Add a user to Oracle Primavera Cloud, using the exact same settings as other users who have been successfully added the following error occurs.

ERROR

PRM-000000034: Invalid Filter Condition. Unable to load the join fields.
Cause: Join fields are not present.
Resolution: Populate the join fields.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. IDCS Admin adds user (Already in another application in lobby) to group for use in OPC
  2. OPC Admin attempts to add user to OPC, using all the same parameters for other dual product users
  3. OPC Admin received Error
