Request a New Position notification is showing an effective date one day prior.

Steps to replicate:

login Fusion HCM
navigate to My Client Groups > Request a New Position
set effective date as of today
fill in the rest of the details
submit
the notification sent to the approver shows Effective Date as of yesterday instead of today (as expected)

Seeded BIP notification templates are being used.
