How to hide the job criticality field (without impacting the other fields next to it ) under the succession plan for the manager

Navigation : My Team > My team > Click on Any Employee name > Succession planning > Can see the Top most section has Job Criticality appearing along with Impact of Loss and Risk of Loss fields.
