Fusion Time and Labor: Submitted Time Card Entries Not Showing In Team Time Cards (Doc ID 2904643.1)

Symptoms

All Managers are required to review the submitted time cards on the Manager Responsive Team Time Cards UI. Submitted time cards are not visible to all managers.

1) Created a new copy of the seeded Line Manager role.
2) Added a person security profile > View Manager Hierarchy.
3) Verified the time card is still submitted.
4) The time card does not display on the Manager Responsive UI > Team Time Cards.

Submitted time cards should be visible.

WHAT IS WORKING
---------------------
Saved time cards are visible.


STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Submit a time card
2) Go to My Team > Team Time Cards
3) Remove all filters
4) Saved time cards are visible.
5) Select Other in the Assigned Approvers filter.
6) No time cards are visible.
