On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Queues
Unable To Add A Resource To A Queue, Users Are Note Listed When Searching By Email Address
The user does not appear when searching by email.
Navigation:
1. Go to Service.
2. Select Queues
3. Open Queue.
4. Click Resources.
5. Click Add Resources.
6. Enter email address or other search parameters.
7. Click Search.
8. Observe no results are found.
