Symptoms

A custom administrator role cannot see Instructors or Classrooms without the "Integration Specialist" role.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login with a user who has the Custom Learning Administrator role assigned to them.
  2. Go to My Client Groups->Learning
  3. In the section Catalog Resources, the Instructor and Classroom tabs do not appear
