Misleading Error Message Displayed In RIHA For Negative Receipt Adjustment Related To Transfer
(Doc ID 2905244.1)
Last updated on JANUARY 26, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service - Version 23.0 to 23.1 [Release 23.0 to 23.1]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
When sending negative receipt adjustments (-2 quantity) for an item with zero qty_received in a transfer and for an item in a purchase order, the error message received in RIHA for both cases is misleading.
The error message displayed in case of transfer looks misleading since the support team can retry the receipt message with a positive quantity of +2, instead of realizing that the message is making quantity_received as 'negative'.
The error message displayed by RIHA for the transfer case needs amending to the one displayed by RIHA for the order case.
