ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
STUCK threads keep increasing and some messages are stuck in JMS Queue

Some messages are stuck in JMS Queue, Proxy service is not able to consume message and keep increasing the stuck thread count.

When it reached to stuck thread count 25, server restarting automatically as configured the settings.
