Unable To Access ATP Schema To Access Tables Created Via Business Objects In VBCS

Symptoms
Schema is not visible in STG instance while it is visible in Dev instance
While trying to access the data content of BO getting below error:
Fetching the Schema Name failed with the message: Bad Request: {"detail":"Access to the required Schema CMX_ERP has not been granted","o:abcs-error-type":"SchemaUnavailableException"}
Also, while configuring tenant settings the general tab is not coming up. On inspecting we get the following error:
