Error 'P6 Client-side Cache Error, Unable to communicate with cloud server' and '(407) Proxy Authentication Required' After Login to P6 Professional using CloudConnect (Doc ID 2905836.1)

Symptoms

After a successful login to P6 Professional connecting via CloudConnect, the following Primavera.CacheService.exe error occurs:

P6 Client-side Cache Error
Unable to communicate with cloud server, Retry #4 in 5 seconds.

The following error is also found in the C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\<Local, Local Low, OR Roaming>\Temp\2\Primavera.CacheService.log file:
