A standard cost already exists for this combination of scenario, item and valuation unit


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1.Make sure Standard Cost FBDI Template is ready for upload

2.Run load interface file for import

3.Run Interface standard costs
