ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Some users Onboarding tasks are being sent to a Deferred status

About half of the new hires had their onboarding tasks in a Deferred status. To correct this, have to delete their checklist and reallocate it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Checklists should not be in deferred status

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Onboarding tasks > deferred status
