Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Operations & Maintenance

When attempting to upload item cfa data
the following error occurs.

The following field is required

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download blank template
2. Choose type as item and template as custom template where the CFA present
3. Download the template and fill details
4. Upload the template
5. Upload items from file choose the required dropdown
6. Check the status in review.
