Approval Rule is failing with following error: ORABPEL-30103 exception.code:30103 exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name: Ruleset did not return any results. exception.description: Reconfigure the conditions in the rule set VariableAllocationRules for the task VariableAllocationTask so that approvers are found. exception.fix: Model the ruleset so that it returns a list builder specification.

Logs show plan id is coming through as blank, though below Profile Options are set to Error in order to prevent people from submitting a Personal Contribution, an Individual Compensation, or an Administer Compensation action without making changes.
