OCM Site URL Changed causing images to not render properly in the website (Doc ID 2906529.1)

Goal

We created a public site using OCM.

After site is created, the "Site URL" was set as below:
https://<myinstance>.ocecdn.oraclecloud.com/site/SomeSite/

Recently the "Site URL" has changed to below :
https://<myinstance>.cec.ocp.oraclecloud.com/site/SomeSite/home.html

This change is causing some images in the website to not render properly. Can you let us know why it has changed?
