Symptoms

When trying to configure the POM URL in Retail Home - Application Navigator Setup screen, after clicking the Publish button, the following error message is displayed: "Failed to publish navigator links to application Oracle Retail Home for the following applications: Oam, Reim, Resa, Rms, RH.".
