Symptoms

When attempting to load with HDL ExternalBankAccount.dat file,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

You can't update this record because the SourceSystemId <SourceSystemId> and SourceSystemOwner <SourceSystemOwner> are invalid.

oracle.apps.hcm.common.core.HcmException: JBO-HRC:::HRC_SRC_SYSTEM_VALS_INVALID: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>HRC-1035389</NUMBER><TEXT>You can't update this record because the SourceSystemId <SourceSystemId> and SourceSystemOwner <SourceSystemOwner> are invalid.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS>You have supplied a user key or surrogate ID value that's used by an existing record with a different source key.</DETAILS>


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Data Exchange -> Import and Load Data -> Import File -> Local File Browse ->select the zip file ->Submit Now
