ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The pensioners are appearing in Global Search even when restricted through person security profile. All the profile options are set correctly and the process 'ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS' was run successfully but the issue still appears

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The pensioners should not appear in Global Search when searched manually.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with user having only one role to which public person security profile giving access to 'employee' user person type
2. try searching for pensioners in Global Search
3. The search results of pensioners are appearing which is not expected.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are able to get pensioner name in the search results though when clicked it results in blank page.
