Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: A Single User Has Completed SCORM Content but the Completion Does Not Appear in OLC (Doc ID 2907350.1)

A user is trying to complete a SCORM course but when they complete it, the completion is not going through to Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Me->Learning->My Learning Experiences
  2. Select the Course Title for the Course containing the SCORM Content
  3. Launch the Course and complete the Content
  4. After completing the Content and closing the Course, the status of the course in OLC still shows In Progress and doesn't complete.
