Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Launch UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After the Initiative is created, it's not showing on the UI. It can be found using REST API Calls

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the created Initiative to be visible in UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Initiative in Launch module
2. Verify the created Initiative
