Does Oracle have any road map to consider history table for CN_TP_MEASURE_RESULTS_ALL ?

Details on requirements -

Currently, the table CN_TP_MEASURE_RESULTS_ALL has values for only the latest earnings_id for a given transaction.
For Earnings table, we have earnings and earnings history -
CN_TP_EARNINGS_ALL
CN_TP_EARNINGS_ALL_H

However, for Performance Measure results, we have only one table given below and there is not history table -
CN_TP_MEASURE_RESULTS_ALL

The customer has the following use for the CN_TP_MEASURE_RESULTS_ALL -
 CN_TP_MEASURE_RESULTS_ALL stores lot of intermediary calculation values and which are important. When the earnings change, the intermediary values for the old earnings are not available in the system and it is causing as lot of problem to send the data to upstream modules.
