ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Using the HCM group filter, and choosing the Parent HCM Group which has Child HCM Groups. The Child HCM groups uses criteria to assign employees as members.
Running the HCM Group Refresh process with the Child HCM Groups is successful and the results are as expected.

Running the HCM Group Refresh process with Parent HCM Group, the “Mark Time Cards for Transfer” Task within the “Transfer time cards from Time and labor” runs to Critical alerts.
The Process is not able to identify the Child HCM groups within the parent HCM group.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

- HCM Group A is the parent HCM Group for Group B
- Group B is the parent for Group C. Group C has the employee as a member. 
- "Transfer Time Cards from Time and Labor" fails when using the Parent HCM Group A
- The same HCM Group Refresh process runs to Success using the child HCM Groups.

For context, the Parent HCM group is referred to as an HCM Group that has other HCM Groups as members.

Child HCM groups are HCM Groups that are members of another HCM Group.
